I AM A LITTLE CHRISTMAS TREE

I am a little Christmas tree, see my lights aglow.
All my decorations are of family love not to show.

Wearing glass balls, they can easily shatter.
My suit is made of garland, making my boughs flatter.

On top of tree my angel wears an enlightening dress, each day.
Bears, angels, soldiers, puppies, stars, kittens, and other ornaments complete my array.

A nativity scene depicts the miracle long ago with a blinking star of new reality.
There is lots room for presents underneath me.

I am a little Christmas tree to warm up the Christmas cheer.
Watch my tiny colorful bulbs twinkle, a flicker of happiness again this year.
