All the times I was told my writing was an
exaggeration.
Was another's feelings. a blatant misrepresentation.
The arrows creased my heart, leaving doubt
imbedded.
My pencil was never lain down, though the words "Just an
exaggeration," was leaded.
Tears flowed for it was important to me to help
the world.
Many cruel stones were the result, constantly hurled.
As I sit in my comfortable chair this very
day.
Gazing at all the writing, accomplished. I can readily
say.
"It's not just an exaggeration but the truth is
shown in my life."
This compassionate poet strives to alter any person's
strife.
Learning the valuable lesson, " There are many
doubters but truth always prevails."
Only the procrastinator who waits to achieve, is the one who
fails.
