Standing tall and proud, Powhatan extended his hand to white man.
That is the beginning of Thanksgiving, when comradeship began.

Soldiers have to endure many hardships in a battle-worn school;
But with great strength they master every single obstacle.

The farmers endured the raging storms, insects and drought.
Their harvest is their the shoppers delight; sweat a sacrifice of the healthy sprout.

Factory workers slave all day in the heat under large turbines.
Homeless wait patiently for a meal in the soup lines.

A blind girl learns to read, using the technique of Braille.
College student studies hard for a career, determined not to fail.

Sinner is newly birthed, his life is changed by grace.
A special child smiles proudly accepting the trophy for a race.

Surviving cardiac arrest leads a patient to view life with more respect.
Fate had been very subtle, its intention was direct.

Everywhere the world's civilization has been touched by Grace's Door.
The Divine Master's plan offered a better floor.
