What We Believe

  • The Triune God – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit - one God, three distinct personalities.
  • The Bible – God’s written Word, revealing His will to man and all things necessary to his salvation.
  • Sin, Atonement, Free Agency, & Repentance – Man was born in sin and by nature is a sinner. He can only find atonement for his sin through the person of Jesus Christ. He is free to embrace or reject this salvation provided by God through Christ. In accepting Christ as his salvation, Man must repent of his sin and live only for Jesus.
  • Justification, Regeneration, Adoption, & Entire Sanctification – Man, upon repentance is seen as just in the eyes of God. He is made a new creature in Christ and is made a member of the family of God. And upon his entire submission to the will of God, is made fit for service in the Kingdom of God.
  • The Church, The Body of Christ, & Spiritual Gifts – The Church is the community of believers, which confess Christ as Lord. The Body (the Church) of which Christ is the Head, is the live model on earth of the work that Jesus started. Each member of the body is gifted by the Holy Spirit to do the work of the ministry.
  • The Sacraments, & Eschatology – The sacraments of Baptism and Communion are part of the Christian experience of confession and community. They help direct the believer’s faith to the time when Christ will return as He said He would, and redeem those who are in Him to their heavenly home.

Although Abiding Vine Ministries is a young ministry, we have laid the groundwork for numerous opportunities for people to be involved in ministry. We have resources for Christian development, ministry programs to assist the local church, and even something to help get you through your day.
